Hi, i need some help with the upgrading of my iphone 3GS. it has already been jailbroken on iOS 4.1 and i want it to go to iOS 6.0.1. Anyone can show me some steps to do a successful upgrade without the usage of shsh blobs cause i have none for any version other than 4.1.

    Thanks in advance,
    Cheers!

Long story short: no SHSH blobs, no downgrade.*

*Unless you have an old bootrom device. If your phone's serial number starts within the range **920... to **945... you likely have an old bootrom device. Anything else, you likely have the new bootrom (and thus no downgrading without blobs).

to add what Orby stated, all iOS 6 SHSH blobs must also be "valid", i.e. must have been saved directly from Apple's server when it was still being signed, otherwise the blobs are pretty much worthless.
