    Description:
WebMessenger is the only application that delivers enterprise class instant messaging and presence by extending Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007 (OCS) to the iPhone. You can also see availability and chat with your IM contacts on AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Skype, Google Talk, Jabber and Reuters networks. Once you’ve installed the application, follow the instructions on the screen to set up your new account, set up other instant message accounts and stay connected with coworkers and friends. If you have corporate IM, please contact us about extending it to your iPhone.

Our apologies to those of you who are having problems with our V1.0 Webmessenger release. We have a new V1.1 in review that will fix several issues. We have also decided to remove Skype support from the product until further notice as we can't reliably connect to the Skype network.

V1.1 brings numerous stability improvements as well as the following feature improvements:

    - Support for iPod touch

    - Sort contact list now shows contacts with online status on the top. Sorting is case insensitive.

    - Ability to hide keyboard in the IM screen added. Click in the message history area and the keyboard will disappear.

    - Improved graphics.

    - Improved user experience when viewing contact details.

    - Offline mode of operation added. Correctly detects when device goes out of service with proper notification to the user.

    wao1201,

According to the v1.1 log, there won't be any Skype support. And it's a damn shame too.

They should have put iSight or iChat with a camera on the front and back of phone. I would have paid an extra $50-$100 for the iPhone or a monthly subscription say $10. To have this function. Imagine. Walking while using video iChat with Yahoo, MSN, Skype, Gtalk!!
