    Well the new release for beejive IM just came out that supports 3.0 ability for push notification and I am having nothing but problems with it. At first I kept getting all these mismatch and too many open files. I then closed out of it and then it wouldn't let me add my screen names. I tried a couple minutes later and I was able to add them but then I couldn't connect to be available. I was then able to connect but then for some reason I keep getting constant messages that my screen names are disconnected, but when I go back in I don't see an issue and I looks as if I am connected. Is anyone else having issues with this?

    Mine is working just fine with no issue. I was able to connect right away and receive IM with no issue. Try uninstalling it and reinstall.

    No Problem Here . DELETE APP FROM IPHONE AND ITUNES. RESTART YOUR IPHONE , DOWNLOAD BEEJIVE AGAING IN ITUNES, INSTALL APP AGAING USING ITUNES. RESTART IPHONE. That should help

    I keep getting this when I try to log in to Yahoo, any Yahoo account:



    Everything else works great, but I can't log in to Yahoo, the main IM client I use. <_<
    Does this rag smell like chloroform to you?

    Working Great Here. Like it was suggested, remove the app from your iphone via itunes, reboot, install the new version.

    It's an issue with Yahoo. There was a change on their servers. Apparently, Beejive is working on it now. But the question is, will it require having to fix it, submit an update to Apple, and have to wait another week until the update is approved? Or can it be fixed without an update to Apple?

    Tried uninstalling it and then turning off the phone and back on and reinstalling it and restarting the phone again and I am still getting the disconnect message every 5 seconds. It's really annoying. And I haven't had a badge notifier on there yet either. Does everyone here have the 3G S?

    3 GS here working fine. Delete app from ITUNES AND REDOWNLOAD A FRESH COPY. Delete app through iTunes , restart and reinstall . Let me know if that work.

    I'm having a problem with push notifications. I thought it was having edge disabled in sbsettings that was causing the problem but whether edge is disabled or enabled I can't get push notifications. The only way to get them to work is to disable edge and in the seconds that the carrier is lost while its switching - it works. Basically seems like Rogers is causing the issue. Actually just confirmed thats the issue, when I put the phone in airplane mode all of a sudden I get instant push alerts. Does this make any sense????

    I have deleted and re-installed and the app still crashes everytime I press the arrow next to a contact in the buddy list. I am using google push contacts if that makes a difference. Any Suggestions?

    The issue is with Yahoo aka all Beejive needs to do is fix how their servers interact with Yahoo. They don't need to change in any way how the app interacts with Beejive's server = no need for an update.

    This has happened before a lot with Facebook Chat while it was going through changes. It usually takes them a day or two to get things fixed without the user having to change anything.

    I am on a 2G Tmobile, 3.0 unlocked, jailbroken w/ RedSn0w.

    I can login, I have Edge (T-Zones) and use the APN epc.tmobile.com

    I login to Beejive, and I can send or recieve IMs no problem.

    However, I never get notifications of new IMs. I have them enabled

    I've already tried deleting and reinstalling, but didn't help

    Any ideas?

    same thing with me also but i had restore my phone to see if that will work. Im also using a 2G unlock/jailbroken with 3.0 FW
