Looks legit, I am a Mac person, so can't download to see if it really works the same, but from what I read, it should.

Just to let you know; its fake.

Its currently only possible with a jailbroken device and a cydia app called Remote Messages priced around $3.
This allows you to connect to your messages with a webbrowser if your iDevice is in the same network.

Creator site: Remote Messages - A browser based front-end for the iOS Messages app

    Sources:
Remote Messages 2 (iOS 6+) - TheBigBoss.org - iPhone software, apps, games, accesories, ringtones, themes, reviews
Clement Nedelcu's Journal: Apple iMessage Client for Windows

In regards of imessageforwindows[dot]com; nothing on that site is legit, not even the twitter link.
Dont do the questionnaires, besides spam you do not know what else you might get onto your machine.

Hope this mightve cleared things up.
