• Plants Vs. Zombies 2 Coming Out in July of This Year

    Back in March, PopCap teased that a sequel to the popular Plants vs. Zombies game in the App Store would be coming out this Summer. PopCap has Monday announced a vague release date of the Plants vs. Zombies 2 game for iOS, which is expected to be this upcoming July.

    PopCap hasn’t given much insight as to what the gameplay will be like in Plants vs. Zombies 2; however, players are expecting it to be great like Plants vs. Zombies, which continues to maintain a strong 5-star rating in the App Store. It's likely that the game could adopt many of the features that were introduced in Plants vs. Zombies Adventures for Facebook.

      I could see this game being ruined by the addition of "in game purchases". $1.99 for the game, but $20 required for extra levels.
