• Weekly Tweak Recap September 2 - September 8

    Just in case you've missed out on the new jailbreak tweaks Cydia has seen, this recap will highlight all of the the jailbreak tweaks we've shown you this week. These are in no specific order.

    1. Anemo – $2.99

    Looking for a really beautiful text message quick reply implementation? Anemo is a great place to start. The tweak is dead simple, and adds a quick reply button to the notification banner of a text message that you can tap on to draft a reply and send it to the person that messaged you.     2. VoiceChanger – $2.99

    Almost everyone has at least in one point in their lives wished they could alter their voice for a phone call on their iPhone. With a new jailbreak tweak called VoiceChanger, you can do just that! The tweak alters the sound of your voice in real-time as you talk to someone over the phone. There are five different voice styles built into the tweak at this point in time. You can read more about VoiceChanger at this link.

    3. Glassic – $1.00

    For those that love altering the appearance of elements in iOS, Glassic might be an important new asset. This tweak lets you adjust the transparency, colors, and filters that appear in the background of the keyboard. All changes are in real-time, so you can make it look exactly how you want to on any interface. You can read more about Glassic at this link.

    4. Canopy – 99¢

    Mobile Safari is great, but it could always do with an improved feature set. That’s where a new jailbreak tweak called Canopy comes in. This tweak adds a number of new features to Mobile Safari, such as the ability to mark reading list items are read or unread, the ability to delete individual previous search entries, the ability to customize home screen shortcut icons, and more.     5. TapTapFolder – FREE

    TapTapFolder makes it so that you can customize folders to either launch the folder or the first application inside of it when you tap on the folder. You can also set an action to double tapping on the folder. You can read more about TapTapFolder at this link.

    6. AutoDimWithoutLock – FREE

    With a new jailbreak tweak called AutoDimWithoutLock, you can leave your iOS device sitting around for longer periods of time without having to lock it. This tweak will automatically dim the display for you when you leave it alone for a certain period of time to keep the battery from draining so quickly. At the same time, you can also return to what you were doing without having to worry about entering passcodes or other annoying roadblocks. You can read more about AutoDimWithoutLock at this link.

    7. WaveOff – 99¢

    If you have ever had the feeling that you needed to use your iPhone’s proximity sensor to toggle your display, then WaveOff might be right up your alley. This tweak will let you turn your display on or off by simply waving in front of your iPhone. It’s great for saving battery without having to lock your iPhone when it’s not in use.     8. CopyDock – FREE
