• Facebook Messenger App for iOS Updated With Speed Boosts, New Languages

On Monday, Facebook launched an update for their highly popular Facebook Messenger application for iOS. The update brings the application up to version 2.7 and brings with it many improvements that are sure to be appreciated.

For one, the application’s overall speed has been noticeably improved. Now when launching the application, you’ll notice that it opens up much quicker. You’ll also be able to tell that switching between conversations in the application is much quicker. In addition, the update for the application also offers zippier scrolling and improved performance all around, as well as some bug fixes.

Not only is the speed a major component of this update, but so is the support for more languages. Facebook Messenger now supports the Croatian, Hungarian, and Slovakian languages out of the box.

Existing users of the Facebook Messenger application will find the update under the Updates tab in the App Store for free. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of Facebook Messenger for iOS for free from this App Store link.
