The moment that many have been eagerly awaiting (in some cases, since the moment Apple released it's iPhone 5) is finally upon us. Tomorrow morning, Apple's iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C officially hit the market.
At this hour, Apple store employees at the company's retail locations across the U.S. are dressing the windows and aisles in preparation for Friday's launch.
Both new iPhones will be available to customers tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. local time at Apple retail stores and at 12:01 a.m. PDT at the Apple Online Store. As of tomorrow, the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C will be available in the U.S., Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore and the UK.
It will be interesting to follow the development (or lack-thereof) of crowd formations and lines outside of Apple's domestic retail stores. After all, with intense rumors of weak product supply in the face of strong demand, we may encounter more irate customers than usual tomorrow if they leave the Apple Store without a new iPhone.
As MMi reported this morning, iPhone 5S deliveries won't take place until October for some buyers in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Product supplies at home, unfortunately, may be far more limited.
