• Apple CEO Tim Cook Joins Twitter

    On Friday, not only did the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c become available for the public to purchase, but Apple CEO Tim Cook also said his first few words on his newly created Twitter account.

    Cook, along with other Apple executives, were present at multiple Apple Store locations on Friday to meet the customers of their products. Cook's first words on Twitter pertain to that:

    Cook is not the first Apple executive to have a Twitter account. Apple's Philip Schiller and Eddy Cue are also signed up on Twitter and actively share information to their followers from their accounts. As of this writing, Cook has achieved over 65,000 followers since creating his account, and Twitter has verified his account with the blue check mark.

      What the heck took him so long to create an account? Why now? I think it makes the whole thing suspicious, I can't wait till they release there sales figures.
