Sega of America recently announced their new mobile game lineup coming this fall and winter, with all of their games headed to iOS. Their new titles in their lineup include familiar names along with some new ones that are trying to grab the attention of certain gamers who like specific genres.
Of the titles releasing, some of the more familiar names include Sonic the Hedgehog 2, complete with remastered audio and upgraded visuals running at 60 FPS. This iteration introduces his friend Tails and will be a free update for iOS users who already have the current game.
Some of the new games include Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, which features Sonic the Hedgehog along with other popular Sega characters. The game is said to include many console-like features such as four player local and online racing along with social integration. This game is set to release this winter along with a multiplayer online battle arena game (MOBA) named Demon Tribe. Sega’s MOBA game will feature card-collecting and action RPG elements with up to six players competing against one another in 3v3 battles.
Other games in Sega’s lineup include Rhythm Thief & The Paris Caper which combines a mystery caper with beat-matching as users get to explore Paris in search of the main character’s missing father. This game is said to release early next year. Meanwhile, Go Dance is one of Sega’s games that is already available. This game turns the FaceTime camera on your iOS device into a motion sensor to capture your moves as you dance to pop hits from artists such as Lady Gaga and LMFAO amongst others.
