• Spotify App for iOS Gets the iOS 7 Treatment With New Interface Design

On Tuesday, the highly popular music-streaming service Spotify updated their iOS application to version 0.8.0.

The update to Spotify gives the application full support for iOS 7. Not only will it run smoother on Apple’s new operating system, but the team has also updated some of the interface of the application to look more iOS 7-like. This includes the iOS 7-style taller top navigation bar of the application, as well as many other interface elements that take on iOS 7's design characteristics. Spotify appears to have kept their black interface color scheme, instead of going with the iOS 7 white.

Spotify also notes that the team has implemented a number of bug fixes into their application to improve the application’s reliability and stability.

Existing users of the Spotify application will find the update under the Updates tab in the App Store. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of the Spotify application for free for the iPhone/iPod touch, or iPad from this App Store link.
