On Thursday afternoon, Apple seeded to developers the second OS X 10.9.2 Mavericks beta.
Build 13C39 of OS X 10.9.2 comes roughly one month after the first OS X 10.9.2 beta (build 13C32) was seeded.
All registered developers now have access to the update through the software update capability of the Mac App Store. Additionally, it's available through the online developer portal.
Building on the initial seed of OS X 10.9.2, which rolled out FaceTime Audio to the Mac and encouraged devs to direct their attention to everything from Messages and Mail to Graphics Drivers and VoiceOver, today's release has some notable areas of focus as well, including the second build's ability to block people in Messages and FaceTime. Best of all, for the sake of simplicity, the aforementioned blocking functionality syncs with blocked contacts on iOS 7.
