PwnageTool has just been updated to 4.3.2, which now includes the 4.3.2 untether from @i0n1c, just like redsn0w. The 4.3.2 untether works on all devices that actually support 4.3.2 except for the iPad2. If your one of the lucky users who have recieved a stock device on 4.3.2, or "accidentally" updated, then todays your lucky day. Of course this is more directed towards users that unlock their iPhones.
PwnageTool is your go-to app for created custom firmware bundles that leave your baseband untouched, to preserve unlocking with ultrasn0w. Only a few moments ago, the iPhone Dev Team tweeted about the new release. "PwnageTool 4.3.2 released: update #3 http://is.gd/O30wzN (uses 4.3.2 untether from @i0n1c like redsn0w earlier this week)"
(Note that there’s a corresponding update to ultrasn0w, which has been bumped up to v1.2.2 to get along with iOS 4.3.2 (the ultrasn0w update does not include any new baseband support!). Please reboot your iPhone using the normal “slide to power off” swipe after installing ultrasn0w 1.2.2.)
