• Popular iOS Game Temple Run 2 Gets an Easter Update, New Features

On Tuesday, the very popular Temple Run 2 game for iOS was given a fun new update. The latest version is now 1.9.

The update brings a nice touch for those celebrating Easter this year. Players will now be able to collect Easter artifacts all throughout the course, such as Easter eggs, and players can also unlock a new pair of aerodynamic bunny ears that they can make their runner wear.

In addition, other improvements include the new Wheel of Resurrection, which allows you to obtain bonuses whenever you use a "Save Me" in the game. Also, for those that find the "Save Me" feature handy in a pinch, you'll be happy to hear that the game developers will now give you a free "Save Me" for watching a video ad. This is a nice alternative to having to buy them with real world money.

Last but not least, Temple Run 2 now supports iCloud syncing so that all of your progress, rewards, and upgrades can be accessed from all of your iOS devices that have the game installed on them.

Existing players of Temple Run 2 will find the update under the Updates tab in the App Store application. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of Temple Run 2 for free from the App Store from this link. Although the game is free, it does offer some in-app purchases.
