• Adobe's Creative Cloud Log-in Issue Resolved and Operating Normally

Adobe Services including Creative Cloud was giving subscribers issues with logging in recently. The service allows users to rent access to the companyís suite of creative applications and the issue left many who rely on Adobeís offerings in the lurch. Problems started piling up for Creative Cloud when users found themselves unable to download the applications. Then the issue was modifying team account failures affecting users so that they could not purchase new Creative Cloud subscriptions or make new Adobe IDs. Lastly, signing in became an issue for users.

The main problem appeared to have been a failure of the Adobe ID system, which is pretty big because it is just like Apple ID to Apple devices and services. Creative Cloud requires users to be online to verify subscription, but for subscribers who already had the software downloaded may have been able to work around the authentication issue by taking their computer offline before opening up the applications.

Last year, standalone versions of the popular Creative Suite stopped being offered by Adobe. This forced users who wanted to upgrade to newest edition to purchase it on the Creative Cloud subscription model. Because of this, much criticism was going around for that decision.

The Adobe Services issue has since been resolved and is working normally.
