• Samsung to Unpack iPhone 6 Challenger September 3rd

In one month, Samsung will beat Apple to the punch in September, showing off what's next for the South Korean tech giant in the smartphone department just weeks before Apple can unveil the next generation flagship iPhone 6.

According to sources out of Europe, Samsung on Monday began sending out invitations to its next UNPACKED media event scheduled for September 3rd in Germany. The Berlin-based media event is expected to bring with it the formal unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

No major surprises or groundbreaking news is expected out of the Samsung event, however, market watchers and analysts will be watching closely to see if the next-gen Samsung smartphone has a real shot at curbing some of the anticipated market momentum of Apple's eagerly-awaited iPhone 6.

Most industry onlookers are expecting another large-screen Android device, mostly likely with a 5.7 or 5.9-inch 25601440 Quad HD Super AMOLED display.

If Samsung does not grow some sense and design a better looking phone (don't use plastic, PLEASE DON'T!) with a not so crappy looking Touchwiz eyecandy-BS, then it will be stupid (like always).
