• Popular Plants vs. Zombies 2 App Store Game Updated With Vasebreaker Minigame

    On Tuesday, the popular Plants vs. Zombies 2 game for the iOS platform received its first update since the end of July, when it received Part Two of its New Dark Ages levels. The latest version of the game that can now be downloaded from the iOS App Store is version 2.7.1.

    In Tuesday's update, PopCap has brought back the popular Vasebreaker minigame to Plants vs. Zombies. The game-maker notes that it was the most popular minigame in the original Plants vs. Zombies game for iOS and because of the popularity, they decided to bring it to the sequel.

    PopCap notes some of the details about the Vasebreaker Minigame in Plants vs. Zombies 2 via the App Store description:

    Tap a vase to reveal hidden zombies with the X-Ray Vase power-up
    Crush zombies with the almighty power of butter when you release the Butterizer
    Move vases to empty tiles for quick plant-powered destruction with Vase Displacer
    Defeat wave after wave of zombies and keep your backyard safe in 3 unique levels and the challenging Endless Mode
    It'll certainly give those that love the gameplay of Plants vs. Zombies some additional hours of playtime.
