• Will You Be Pre-ordering an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus Tomorrow? [POLL]

Starting tomorrow, Friday, September 12th, Apple's iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will be available for pre-order so that you can get your foot in the door before the devices even become available to the general public, which will be happening at 8:00 A.M. next Friday, September 19th.

With a two-year contract, the iPhone 6 starts at $199 for the 16GB model, and climbs up to $299 for the 64GB model, and $399 for the 128GB model. The iPhone 6 Plus, on the other hand, starts at $299 for the 16GB model, and climbs to $399 for the 64GB model, and $499 for the 128GB model. Unlocked devices will not have the subsidized prices. The devices are available in silver, gold, and space gray color sets.

Apple is reportedly gearing up for a very busy iPhone season this year Apple expects to ship more than 80 million of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus combined before the end of 2014.

If you've got an older iPhone, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are both great upgrades for you, although the iPhone 5s is still a pretty decent phone for the price. Last night, we wrote a lengthy comparison between the features of the two devices to help you decide if upgrading would be worth it.

With the larger display options, faster hardware, improved camera features, NFC technology, improved wireless performance, and better battery life, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are both Apple's greatest iPhones to date. So will you be pre-ordering one tomorrow?

I'm pretty much in this boat here. If it's free from Verizon then I can deal with the 16gb version. I stated this in another post but the sizing of the i6 is right around the sizing of my GS4 and my Nexus 5 so it's perfect

Jailbreakers have had all of those features (outside of the first 3 hardware ones) for many years as well.

      iPhone6 Plus 128gig Space Grey!

Edited: Does anyone else remember that some of the first ipods could be used as a jump drive? If that was still an option, the iPhone could be used as a tertiary HD back up for my MBP.

the anonymity of the internet is a freeing invitation to self-expression for some people who, like myself, are somewhat introverted in the "real world."

for others, it's basically like chugging a bottle of Imodium AD.

2 of the 128gb 4.7's for my family. My wife and I both agree that fitting nicely in a pocket is a mandatory feature of a phone.
