• Star Wars: Commander Game for iOS Receives First Update Since Initial Release

At the end of last month, LucasFilm released a new game for the iOS platform called Star Wars: Commander. It's a combat strategy game where you build yourself a base and protect it from threats and maintain it over time.

On Friday, September 12th, the first update to the game since its initial release has been issued to the iOS App Store. Version 2.1.1 is now available for download with a truckload of new features including new Chapter 9 missions, updated troop and vehicle behavior, an improved base upgrading menu, all new Starships, and many new features for both imperial and rebel players.

In addition, a number of bug fixes have been squashed to make the game play more smoothly with less issues. Fixes include one that could cause crystal purchases to not show up correctly, error message problems, and other performance improvements.

Existing players of Star Wars: Commander will find this update under the Updates tab in the App Store application. Alternatively, you can download Star Wars: Commander for free from this App Store link.

I wonder how this will affect Clash of Clans. Same audience. Will they just play both?
