• Apple Updates Support Website to Include Genius Bar Reservations

Customers can now make Genius Bar appointments on Apple’s Support webpage for specific hardware and software issues. The Cupertino-based company recently updated their Support website with this new incorporated feature to benefit customers. Previously, Apple’s retail page handled online reservations on a store by store basis. Before, you would have to search for your local store and click on the Genius Bar option to check for times.

Now, users can click the ‘Visit the Genius Bar’ option next to the chat support, take in for service, and live phone options. After selecting that option, you will have to enter your location and device and then your closest stores will appear. You can then select the one you want to go to and make the appointment based on the most convenient time. The other ’take in for service’ feature will include authorized service providers for Apple on the list.

Do you think this is an easier way to make appointments with the Genius Bar? Let us know in the comments below.
