• Actress Perla Haney-Jardine to Take on Role of Lisa Jobs in Biopic

Not too long ago, we reported that Natalie Portman was approached to play Steve Jobs’ daughter Lisa Jobs in Aaron Sorkin’s Jobs biopic. However, Portman was reported to have rejected the role not long after the rumor. New claims are saying Danny Boyle has found actress Perla Haney-Jardine, a less known actress for the role of Lisa in the upcoming biopic. Haney-Jardine is 17 years old and is most known for her role in Spider-Man 3 and Kill Bill Vol. 2.

According to Hollywood Reporter, if these rumors are true Haney-Jardine will be joining Seth Rogen, Kate Winslet, Michael Fassbender, and Jeff Daniels in the film. It was noted that Lisa’s character will be a main character in the Jobs biopic and will even take the role of a ‘heroine.’ We previously also reported that Lisa actually sat down with Sorkin to figure out the script for the upcoming movie. Sorkin’s biopic has gone through a lot of ups and downs since the film was first announced. But as of right now, it sounds like some of the cast members have already been confirmed, which is definitely going in the right direction.
