• Apple Will Stream "Back to Mac" Event Today

In case you missed it, Apple will, indeed, offer a live stream of today's happenings at the company's "Back to the Mac" event in Cupertino, California which kicks off at 10 a.m. Pacific, 1 p.m. Eastern. During the presentation, Steve Jobs is expected to introduce new MacBook Airs and possibly even a refreshed iLife suite.

Per the usual protocol of a live Apple event these days, the presentation can be viewed over a live stream available from Apple.com on a Mac running Safari and Mac OS X 10.6. Snow Leopard. Of course, you can also check out the ongoings via iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, as long as you're running iOS 3.0 or higher.

While it is adequate from where I stand to simply state that a live stream of the event will be available, Apple prefers to note that it will be "industry-leading HTTP Live Streaming." The real story, however, is not the stream, but that which is presented during the event. Stay with ModMyi for coverage and fallout from whatever today may bring.
