• Tapbots Talks Tweetbot for Yosemite ETA, Plans for Other App Updates

Tapbots has taken to their Web site on Thursday to discuss the 2015 year for many of the firm's applications.

Tapbots notes that they are doing away with Pastebot and Convertbot in the iOS App Store for now, as updating the custom user interfaces for the iOS 8 operating system will take too long and put the firm further behind in progress. Weightbot, on the other hand, has been made free since it will no longer be receiving updates and is of sentimental value to the firm.

Notably, Tapbots just released an all-new Calcbot with the ability to do conversions after buying an in-app purchase, so with future updates in mind, Convertbot isn't necessarily gone forever.

Moreover, Tapbots notes that they will be aiming to update every single one of their applications to be up to date before the beginning of WWDC 2015. This includes Tweetbot for OS X Yosemite, as well as the various other applications that the firm has available on the iOS platform.

We will continue to keep you updated as these applications see the light, so stay tuned!
