• Apple Adds Earth Day 2015 Section to the App Store

    Apple has recently added a new section to their App Store titled “Earth Day 2015” to raise environmental awareness for Earth Day coming up on Wednesday, April 22nd. The new section features not only apps but books, movies, podcasts, TV shows, and more. Everything featured contributes to environmental awareness and highlights going paperless and green living.

    Some apps featured in the App Store section include Recyclebank, iRecycle, and PlugShare. Some movies listed include The Lorax, Avatar, March of the Penguins, and Wall E while TV shows included Planet Earth, Wonders of Life, and Nature just to name a few. There are a total of nine sections to Apple’s Earth Day 2015 collection. According to the Cupertino-based company,
