• Second Wave of Apple Watch Pre-orders to Begin in Italy May 8th

A new report from iSpazio is claiming that the second wave of Apple Watch pre-orders will start May 8th and it will begin in Italy. According to an internal source, the wearable device’s advertising materials and display tables have already arrived in the retail stores in Italy. The setup of the stores should also begin on May 7th. MacRumors was told that Spain is also on the list of second wave Apple Watch preorders, along with ‘a lot of other’ countries on May 8th. However, the full list of countries was not clarified or disclosed.

Similar to the U.S., preorders will only be taken online from Apple’s website with delivery to homes. After the preorder window closes, in-store pickup will also be available for consumers. If the process is the same as it was in the U.S., personal one-on-one appointments will be available for the second wave of countries as well. We wonder if the list will be similar to that of the iPhone 6/6 Plus. Countries in the second wave of the iPhone launch included Spain, Italy, Belgium, New Zealand, and Taiwan, just to name a few.
