• Todoist is Updated With Apple Watch Support, Today & Share Extension Updates

The popular Todoist task list application for iOS has received a notable update on Thursday. Version 10.1 of Todoist is now available via the App Store with a slew of new features, including support for the Apple Watch.

The Apple Watch application comes complete with a distraction-free interface where you can use Force Touch and your voice to easily add new list items. You can also view your inbox, projects, today view, and filters right from the Todoist application on your Apple Watch. Included is a Glances view that you can use to see your next task and the amount of tasks you still have to do before the day is complete. Moreover, you will receive notifications right on your wrist.

Todoist also announces improvements for its Today Notification Center Extension, as well as adopting added support for iOS 8's share extension. The Notification Center widget remains mostly the same in term of looks, but has a lot of under the hood improvements that make it much smoother and faster while using it. The share extension allows you to basically send items to Todoist from other iOS applications; improvements have been implemented for dates and task capturing.

If you're already a user of Todoist, then this update will be waiting for you under the Updates tab in the App Store application. If automatic updates is enabled on your device(s), then it will be installed for you automatically. Alternatively, you can head over to this App Store link to download the latest version of Todoist for free.
