
On Tuesday, Pixelmator for iOS received an update that added a slew of new features for photo-editing to the application and refined many existing features. The latest version of Pixelmator, version 2.0.2, is available in the App Store right now both for existing users and for those that want to grab the application for the first time.
In the latest version the Pixelmator team is introducing what they call Dynamic Touch, which allows you to adjust the stroke of any retouch tool by adjusting the way your finger meets the screen. Using the tip of your finger leads to a thinner stroke, while using a much fatter part of your finger leads to a thicker stroke.
Moreover, Pixelmator notes that the Repair tool has been made more precise and nearly 5 times faster at rendering results. Below, you can view a full list of the changes and improvements to Pixelmator for iOS in version 2.0.2:
