• 35 Additional Banks and Credit Unions Get Apple Pay Support

    Apple is definitely working hard in making their mobile payment system Apple Pay available in more retail locations, banks, and even expand to the international market. Just about a week ago, Apple Pay was launched in the U.K. and now an additional 35 U.S. banks have Apple Pay support. The additional banks and credit unions added recently marks approximately 400 banks with contactless payment support.

    Then just recently, Apple CEO Tim Cook during the companyís quarterly conference call announced that 700 college and universities will begin to offer Apple Pay starting fall of this year as well. This is huge news as more and more companies and markets are beginning to roll out the mobile payment system. Apple also noted months ago that they are looking to bring Apple Pay to China and other countries.

      i work at a do it best hardware. we just got apple pay. our terminal company kinda said we had to upgrade to a terminal capable of doing it or we was responsible if something happened.
