• Video Reveals Next-Gen iPhone 6s Frame to Be Beefed Up to Prevent 'Bendgate' Scandal

It was just earlier today that we showed you a video that appeared to reveal the next generation iPhone 6s display assembly compared to the current generation iPhone 6 display assembly, but another video has surfaced on Monday appearing to reveal details about the next generation iPhone 6s case enclosure.

As the iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6 (mostly the iPhone 6 Plus) were under high amounts of scrutiny for a scandal called "Bendgate," Apple appears to have taken extra care in manufacturing the casing enclosure of the next generation handset. As noted by Unbox Therapy in the following video, the purported next generation iPhone 6s enclosure is about twice as thick in some areas than the current generation iPhone 6 casing enclosure.

Interestingly, despite being built sturdier in some places, the casing enclosure of the purported iPhone 6s is lighter than the current generation iPhone 6 casing enclosure by 2 grams.

It should be interesting to see if the upgraded casing enclosure will finally put an end to those complaining about bending their iPhones. But you know, you could also just stop putting your phone in your back pocket and sitting on it (who came up with that idea anyway?).

Why anyone would think it's okay to sit on a mobile devise and it's not going to get damaged.

That's almost as bad as going swimming with your mobile device and thinking your phone is not going to get wet.
