• iPhone 6s and 6s Plus Available For Reservation in More European Countries On Oct. 9th

Apple will be opening iPhone 6s and 6s Plus reservations for pickup in multiple European countries starting Friday, October 9th. 40 more regions will be getting the new flagship device, on top of the 12 countries that were in the first wave. It was noted that stores are low on inventory for the iPhone 6s Plus and Sweden, the Netherlands, and Belgium stores don’t have any available at all.

As for consumers in Italy, Sweden, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, and Switzerland looking to reserve the new smartphones in the storage size, model, and color they wish to, can do so directly on Apple’s website. As always, devices are limited to two per person and consumers will have to pick them up in a 30-minute window before they go back on shelves and become available to others. Apple requires all consumers to have government photo ID when picking up their device.

By the end of the year, Apple is looking to launch the 6s and 6s Plus in 130+ countries. On October 9th, countries getting the new devices include Andorra, Austria, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Maldives, Mexico, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Taiwan.

The new smartphones will become available in Middle Eastern countries on October 10th and on the 16th in India, Malaysia, and Turkey.
