On Thursday, alongside the release of an updated Pangu9 jailbreak tool from the Pangu Jailbreak Team, Cydia founder Jay Freeman (Saurik) has released an update to the essential Cydia Substrate package by way of the Cydia Store's Changes tab.
The updated Cydia Substrate improves support for the 32-bit armv7 slice and prevents problems that were occurring with packages made to load into Cydia itself. Due to a change Apple made in the iOS 9 operating system, many tweaks made with 32-bit binaries will have to recompiled with -WI,-segalign,4000.
