• iPhone 6s Models All Snatched Up in South Korea

To say that preorders of iPhone 6s models were hot is the understatement of the day.

According to published reports out of Asia, Apple's newest flagship smartphones are red hot in South Korea -- home of chief Apple rival Samsung.

Yonhapnews notes that preorders sold out "in the first few minutes."

Conflicting reports have led to some confusion with regard to just how many iPhone 6s models were preodered, but all it took was a span of 30 minutes for all available product to be claimed.

"We're getting an amazing response. We expected to take at least 30 minutes to sell the first 50,000. There was notably a huge demand for the rose gold," an official at KT is quoted in today's report.

As of this writing, it isn't clear as to how long it will be until more preorders will be accepted. But those are expected to be gobbled up just as quickly.
