• Apple Adds Personal Pickup Service for Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil

Apple’s newly released Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil has been a big hit ever since it launched with delayed ship dates everywhere. However, Apple is now letting customers order the products online and pick it up at local stores using the Personal Pickup feature. Stock of the two products are still low, but this at least makes everything easier for customers to see stock in store.

The Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard were released the same day Apple released the iPad Pro. But because demand for the two products were so high, the earliest ship date was November 11th. Then for those who did not get to preorder the products at midnight had delivery estimates ranging to late this month. If you order now, the delivery estimate is mid-January of next year.

The Cupertino-based company has been getting small shipments of the Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil in retail stores everyday but you have to be quick to receive one. We would suggest being on the lookout if you are eagerly looking to purchase any of the two products, or you will have to just wait patiently. With Apple now allowing Personal Pickup, you can constantly check which stores near you have it in stock, so definitely take advantage of the new service.

Have you received your Smart Keyboard or Apple Pencil yet? If not, when is your delivery date? Share with us in the comment section below.
