Rumor has it, Apple is working on an advanced wireless iPhone and iPad charging technology capable of bridging longer distances than currently available hardware, with a potential launch targeted as early as next year (2017).
Sources say Apple is working with Asian suppliers to make a working wireless charging solution.
Other electronics manufacturers such as Samsung have marketed wireless charging solutions for sometime, Apple has only recently targeted this market into inductive technology with the Apple Watch and it's magnetic charging cable.
The technology behind Apple's supposed wireless charging solution is unknown, but I'm certain that it will be revealed in the near future.
