    WhatsApp - a Facebook company has reached a stellar record today reaching 1 billion monthly active users.

    WhatsApp Blog Post mentions
    “That’s nearly one in seven people on Earth who use WhatsApp each month to stay in touch with their loved ones, their friends and their family,”
    That's not all who reached a peak record, Alphabet owned, Gmail has also recorded its 1 billion monthly active users also, which is 100 million more than what they were last May 2015.

    The Gmail team also sent out a Tweet today with video to celebrate.
