this list is unhelpful unless people put a "what this tweak DOES" next to the name.
eg:

f.lux: turns my screen orange at night so the normally blue light doesn't keep me awake
PDANet: turns my phone into a tethering WIFI hotspot, with no fees
MapsOpener: makes map-links go to Google maps instead of Apple
xCon: allows apps to run that normally disable themselves on a jailbroken device
