
The problem has been there since a week, so this is definitely not a case of Apple’s servers just being busy temporarily. The problem seems to have emerged after the iOS 9.3.1 update, since many 9.7-inch iPad Pro owners were able to register their device in their developer account while the tablet was running iOS 9.3.
This is not the only issue that 9.7-inch iPad Pro owners have been facing. The recently released iOS 9.3.2 update has also bricked the iPad Pro for many customers, with an ‘Error 56’ message being shown. Apple has already acknowledged the issue and requests affected users to contact their nearest Apple store.
