This tweak says its compatible with iOS 6, 7 & 8 on Cydia however it's also available on iOS 9.X.X.
This tweak allows you to set the current passcode to the time. You can also set offsets (positive or negative), and display the time on the passcode screen.

Unfortunately this app is off a pirated repo only and you will have to find this one for yourselves by using Google but the developers name is Sarmad Makhdoom... this handy app allows you to flood your victim with messages with a click of 1 button and works worldwide.
Super Recorder - hAcx Cydia Repository
This handy little app lets you record any phone call which supports Skype, FaceTime, Viber and of course the Phone app without using a third party app. The Super Recorder App allows you to Play/Delete/Share your recordings and you can set up quick Activator gestures to record. There are other useful plugins installed alongside Super Recorder such as a Voice Changer and Volume Amplifier should you wish to use available at a flick of a switch in settings.
Facebook++
This tweak allows you to turn off read receipts, use the in-app messenger, download videos and much much more! If you love using Facebook this app is one of a kind from security passcode to lock the app to downloading videos, must try!
DisplayRecorder
Display Recorder allows a user to record from an iPhone, iPod or iPad direct to H.264 and allows the video screen capture to be imported in to your library to export or edit the video screen capture. Great app if you need to record your screen or to even show somebody how to do something!
Winterboard
A must have! This app created by Saurik himself (developer & creator of Cydia) allows themes to be installed on your iDevice!
f.Lux
f.Lux allows you to sleep easier at night time! It adjusts the warmth of your screen and can be set to automatically be configured to 8pm to 8am so you can sleep easier at night. Don't be fooled, it doesn't just turn your brightness down, if you don't have it already, give it a try!
