Annual favorite tweak of mine has just recently been released in Cydia, available now on the Modmyi repo. Widget Weather 3 (search widgetweather3 in cydia) is a evolution of the first two versions that provided easily accessible weather info for the tons of html weather widgets that are available for the various html tweaks suck as LockHTML4 and iWidgets. Now instead of just one feed though you have access to multiple weather feeds such as Weatherunderground and Forecast.io. So if one feed temporarily goes down you can switch to a different feed (assuming the widget you are using supports this).
