On Friday, Steve Jobs would have turned 57 years old. Sadly, the world prematurely lost the iconic Apple co-founder last October. But the Apple community is turning out in droves today to honor the late Mac innovator and iDevice pioneer.
In addition to trending worldwide on Twitter today, Steve Jobs is receiving tributes on social media from every corner of the globe. Apple fans have taken to posting/tweeting the following phrase to celebrate Jobs' life and legacy:
"3 Apples changed the world: Adam and Eve's forbidden apple, Newton's apple and finally Steve Jobs' Apple. Happy Birthday Steve Jobs."
“He’s part of the culture now, I don’t think there’s any avoiding it,” said one of the party's organizers. “If you want to respect his memory, the best way of doing it is focusing on a lot of the positive memories we have of him."
