It's not mine but here it is :

    Allright Guys,

I know some of you wanted this. So here it is.

To install download the .deb and use dpkg. I am tired so I wont provide the insturctions on how to install. Search this forum there is another thread that explains how to install deb files.

    After installing Restart your phone.

If you see a BlueSafari logo in SBSettings then images are enabled. If you see a Gray Safari logo images will not be loaded by Safari. I have tested this on OS v3.0.1.

Also just remember there is one limitation. If the images are already present in the cache safari will show the image regadless of the setting turned on or not.

No need to get out of Safari go to settings or anything like that. Toggle updates Safari Settings on the fly. Also no need to have ImaSafari installed. This toggle is all you need.

Enjoy guys and say thanks if you like it.
If you like this, don`t forget hit THANKS button!

Well that works just as well if not better since it is in SBSettings. BTW you HAVE to remove ImaSafari in order for it to work. I hope someone can make it into a Cydia package but it's not too hard to get what you want if your willing to work on it a little bit.

BTW I can't find this original post why isn't it still up. Could this be put in the download files section maybe?
