sorry for ask a dumb question, but is this method to increase RAM still work on iOS 5.1 or later? And can I just simply erase the unnecessary Launch Daemon from iFile on my iPhone? Will it work??
Yes, this still works up to 6.1.3. BUT...DO NOT delete daemons manually because you can easily throw your phone into a boot loop or recovery mode.

Google 'Daemon Tool' and add the appropriate repo. This will quickly and easily remove the safe daemons.

Am I the only one that's noticed that removing/disabling launch daemons has literally no impact or effect on any device at all since iOS 5.0+.

In iOS 4 this worked great, but after iOS 5 hit, it doesn't improve anything at all...nor does it on iOS 6.

Just trying to save users some hassle. This won't help or speed up anything unless your on iOS 4 or lower.
