My iphone is always running low on ram,I always have to bring up sbsettings to free up my ram
I noticed that someone has shared a scipt to execute sbsetting's freemem when ram is under a certain value, but I would like to do it manually to avoid occational freezing
so my idea is,to execute freemem by double tapping the home button
    I've tried editing the com.apple.springboard.plist/SBDoubleTapURL to doubletap://com.sbsettings.freemem
but that didnt work and the settings returned to going back to the homepage when double tapped.
So anyone know how to accomplish this?

hmm..did you change the permissions on the file to 777 before trying to modify it? just a thought. and are you sure that the path is correct?

linking to other "application" paths seems to work fine...since the freemem is a command it may be different from an app...
