i have managed to add extra tone in sounds under sms tone settings, and extra tone that i defined showsup, i added sms-received7.caf for that extra tone. but unfortunatly it doenst play because i can't find a file where the label of tone name is assigned to corresponding tone file. does any one know where that file is located?

go to Var/Stash/Applications/Preferences.app/English.lproj/ and modify the names in file called "Sounds.strings".
