When I use the remove background toggle It clears everything, but also removes status bar. I have to sleep and awake (or launch an app) to get it back??

Please let us know if he informs you of a fix. I'm having the same prob. I found the easiest way to get it back, oddly enough, is to double tap the home button bringing up the multi bar, then double tapping again to close it.

It'll come as an update, so just refresh Cydia everyday until you see it

Anyone on iphone4 4.2.1? I hear sbsettings make you lose signal, anyone had this?

I'm on 4.2.1 & have removebackground & do NOT have the status bar issue. I am activating via an Activator method (down volume short hold) instead of an SBSettings RB button. Anyone know if the problem might exist in the activation method? Just throwing it out to see if it helps anyone. Good luck.

    Hi,

Sorry, I'll fix if PwnageTool is updated (now, I don't have iOS 4.2.1).

The issue is with the SBSetting dropdown window and the RemoveBG toggle. It seems that the toggle causes the SBSetting window to retract, which then completely removes the taskbar. No other SBS toggle (that I have) retracts the window like that.

As Xrevofmanx stated above, using Activator to run RemoveBG works perfectly fine, and actually, I prefer it as opposed to having to open SBSetting the click the toggle. Now I just double tap the taskbar and the BG apps go away with no fuss (Thanks Xrevofmanx).

iNT3Rv3NTiONZz : I had complete 3G data loss on my iPhone4 running the new greenpois0n jb w/ redsn0w. Due to extreme server traffic, it would not load cydia so I had to use redsn0w to install cydia. I'm not sure at what point during that JB I lost data, but I couldn't get it back. I re-jailbroke the next day (Sunday) with greenpois0n and the servers were back up and running. Data is working fine now with no issues, and all my old JB apps are back on.

I did as Syke1981 and Xrevofmanx did and used activator to set double tap statusbar to removeBG. I still have the same issue with the status bar being removed. Will just have to wait for a fix i guess. I like this idea though and will keep it as a double tap.
