Have you tried to go to iClouds website and delete it from there?

You can't, I've tried you have to get Apple to delete it for you call them or go to an Apple store

That's what I need to try. If that don't work what file path is it so I cannot ssh and delete ? Will never use iCloud again. Will stick to the old faithful of plugging in. As I only sync when I update software.

Can ssh is what I meant.

Difference with icloud is that if you have a backup in there, you can also backup data from the apps you have on your phone (example game saves, documents and such that are in different apps on your phone), and if you restore your phone (or update it to another version), you can choose "restore from icloud" and it will put everything in place the way you had it (passwords, game levels, your data and so on) and you won't have to do a thing from the beginning.

    Just for information purposes

Old method. I've tried going to iCloud and did what you said but it's still there. What file path is it to delete via ssh ?

    Ok try this:

Login to icloud again from your phone, turn photo stream back on, take a photo and wait for it to upload to photo stream, then turn it off and confirm the popup warning that all photo stream photos on the device will be deleted, and the album should be deleted as well.
