Right guys on o2 Uk, listen up, you need to phone o2 and ask to switch from the o2 with iPhone tariff to a standard o2 tarriff. The cost is exactly the same bu you will lose the free cloud wifi access o2 give you. The best way to do this is say you changed your iPhone to an unlocked phone ie nokia 5800. You must stay on the same valued tarrif, ie I went from o2 45 with iPhone to just standard o2 45, I still get unlimited free gsm Internet as my free Bolton. It takes 24hrs to apply (tends to switch at midnight) and you can switch back to the o2 with iPhone tarriff at any point. This will fully activate mms on your account you just need to apply the ipcc to your iPhone and away you go! O2 cannot say no to this request and it is the quickest and easiest way to get mms working. I have it and it works 100%.
Hope this helps and stops people asking.

Is anyone having an issue with opening their clock app after installing liveclock?

Have to keep taping it to get it to open, or search for it.

Thank you! For some reason I am getting a lot of people sending me emails saying their MMS is broken. In most cases, on a legit carrier even with the right settings your MMS wont work. Those carriers all have a iphone data plan of some sort that doesn't access the part of the network that uses MMS. Those carriers have been instructed by Apple to not provision MMS for iphones. If you are lucky you will get a nice or stupid rep that will do it for you. You still must call to get it working. If you are on an unsupported carrier and unlocked, you will not have a problem with MMS, because they are not blocking it.

I got issues with AppStore search, the entire AppStore works but If I search for anything the list autopopulates as usual but if I click a name or press search it just says loading forever. Anyone else got this?

This file is useless it doesn't work for O2 . The settings seem wrong as well the MMS APN should only have MMS as ON
    Worked for me.

    Did u do it with,
    Used APN settings:
    OFF/ON/OFF

    ON/ON/ON

    OFF/ON/OFF

    Try using emarty69 settings.

Hey guys if anybody is having problem that quickpwn is not detecting the firmware for the 1st Gen iPhone then just close quickpwn and reopen it, or just restart your computer and then try. It will work trust me.
Thanks to stealth for the amazing jailbreak!

The unpacker tells you where to place things. place the artwork in the null folder and your Ulkit in the root folder. click on export and it will remove unzip all the png files inside the artwork file. Replace those pngs with your own or from a theme. run the tool again except click import. you will find a new .artwork file in your folder with all the pngs.
Hi, sorry I've tried to understand what to do, but I can't.

Could you break it down? I'm not functioning right now.

    thanks

    Is it /System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework

LOL. I'm about to upgrade my iTouch from 2.2.1 firmware to the beta 4 firmware and this is a message that iTunes gives me right after I selected which ipsw file to use:

No, I didn't select the wrong ipsw file.

Ok I'm on AT&T and I'm registered with a dev. When trying to jailbreak I put it on activate which now I understand I shouldn't have. In Quickpwn, the black letters always stay on waiting for restore mode. I'm not sure whether they should've went to the next step or it always stay there. I followed the instructions but it seems as if the phone just went off not letting me know whether it was jailbreaking or not. After closing quickpwn and repeating the process a couple of times my phone is up and it does have 3.0beta 4 (service and everything works)Only problem is it doesn't have icy nor did the startup icons change leading me to believe it's not jailbroken. Can someone tell me what I should do next because I can't get the phone to go into restore mode. I follow the steps on how to do it in itunes and itunes says it's in restore mode but my phone doesn't show the plug with itunes as it should when it's supposedly in restore mode.

Here is an upadated Fido ipcc file that does have MMS and Tethering working. drrules made it on another board but Cellular Data Network is still blank if you go into it. Just remove the .zip at the end and it works when updating.
