Has anyone confirmed if the 2.2.1 restore data will work with 3.0 yet? (GM or final)

I'm only hesitant to restore from backup cause I'd prefer to have a working YouTube app >_>

Are you asking "Can an iPhone upgraded to 3.0 be downgraded to 2.2.1?" If so, the answer is "yes". I did it successfully.
Search tool - DFU mode, need QuickPwn...

    Good luck!

No, that's not what I'm asking.

People who updated to the 3.0 beta's had trouble when restoring their CONTACTS (not the firmware) from 2.2.1. Certain things weren't compatible within the 2.2.1 restoration data, and apps like YouTube ceased to function.

The method I speak of is when after you hit the restore button and all goes well, iTunes asks you to set up as new iPhone, or restore from backup.

So I'm asking, does anyone know if the 2.2.1 backup data is compatible with 3.0 yet?
