About 3 or 4 days ago, I restored from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 software. I jailbroke using Spirit. Before I had restored everything was fine, but now my springboard loads and moves very slow, the apps respond very slowly and take a really long time to load, and my iPod freezes at least 5 times per day. Is it because I upgraded to 3.1.3? I deleted the unneeded daemons, and that sped it up a little, but it is still very slow. So if it isn't because of the upgrade, why is it so slow?

Restore to 3.1.3 again and setup as a new Ipod Touch, and then do the jailbreak. It could be some conflicts when you restore from backup.

Is that the only way to do it? Because I don't want to use all of my levels or anything.

Let me ask you, did you restore your cydia apps after rejailnreaking? If so, didnyou gave them backed up or did you do a fresh download? I'm just wondering if you downloaded a bad app or update 3-4 days ago and that's what caused the problem?

If none of the above applies, restore and rejailbreak, make sure it functions normally before rejailnreaking

Restore and try not removing the daemons.
