    hopefully this will help solve it

    but there's a different problem, it doesnt show any connected device in the TU left hand side tabs...
    i hit start tss server but it just sits there and does nothing but keep trying to connect i think

    You might want to temporarily disable your security software as it may block one of tinyumbrella's processes

    i've already allowed it through my firewall and disabled my security programs

    yes that's correct, all it say is show all shsh and that the tss server is not running
    when i hit start the tss server
    it does nothing

    If you dont see the device under "Connected Devices", here's what you can do:

    Look for the file sqlite3.ddl in your iTunes folder, if it's not there search for it, and copy and paste it to the location where you downloaded tinyumbrella,

    Just make sure tinyumbrella is extracted from the zip file

    hi all, if your computer dont run tinyumbrella you follow this:
    1. install java 32 bit even your cpu is 64 bit
    2. try to shutdown any antivirus software on your cpu , try to kill process of any services that is belong to your antivirus software, you can use process manager to do that or you can run services.msc to find out what service is running.some services you can not stop , you can set it to disable for this time and reset it later when you done with tinyummbrella
